Current Families

To insure you student(s)' enrollment at our school, please come in and register now.  Classes will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

Please bring the following:
  • $25.00 non-refundable Registration Fee (cash or money order)
  • Verification of current income (current pay stub)
  • Verification of current address (current utility bill)
  • Copy of 2011 tax returns, all tax schedules and W-2s
  • Verification of
    • Child Support
    • Cash Assistance (welfare)
    • Food Stamps
    • Social Security/SSI
    • Housing Assistance (lease showing rent)
You will have until April 27th to provide Mrs. Klauke with any missing documents, after that time available classroom spots will be filled with individuals on the wait list.
